Process Designer

Job Description :

• Knowledge and experience of Process Engineering design criteria related to Equipment sizing, Control valve sizing, Relief load calculations
• Knowledge and experience on Hydraulic calculations, such as Pipe hydraulics and Pump hydraulics
• Knowledge on Process design philosophies, such as process control, safe guarding, isolation, sparing and etc.,
• Knowledge and Experience in preparation of PFDs, Process control flow schemes and P&IDs.
• Experience in preparing technical documents such as Process data sheets, Process duty specifications.
• Basic knowledge in Pipeline simulators such as Pipe net, Flow Master, for performing steady state analysis
• Knowledge on API standards such as API 520, APl 521, etc.,
