Process Design Manager

Job Opening for Process Design Engineer/Manager at Kalpataru Projects International ltd-Thane

Summary: Responsible for process design & engineering for pre bid and detail engineering projects.

Education :

BE/B.Tech (Chemical)

Experience

10 to 13 yrs years experience (Only apply if have relevant experience)

Area of Responsibilities:

• Preparation of PFD & HMB.
• Preparation of P& IDs.
• Preparation of piping line list, process Equipment list.
• Development of process Equipment data sheets.
• Preparation of control & operation philosophy and cause & effect diagram.
• Review vendor drawings.
• Interaction with vendors/Clients & DECs.
• Support in preparation of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Procedures
• Site visit when required.
• Participation in Hazop, SIL and other safety studies
• Attending FAT & SAT.
• Preparation of operation & maintenance manuals.

Competencies

• Knowledge of HYSYS, PROSIM,CHEMCAD
• Knowledge of Hydraulic calculations

Skills :

Proficient in MS Office, Internet

Education :

BE/B.Tech (Chemical)
