JOB DESCRIPTION

Sr. Process Engineer

Graduate in Mechanical /chemical Engineering with 15 years Experience in Oil & Gas EPC Projects

Experience working in Upstream / Downstream Oil & Gas. Well knowledge of Preparation / Review of Design Basis, Philosophies & Operating Manuals, PFD, P&ID, Cause and effect diagram, Process data sheet, Operation Manuals, Control Narrative.

Process engineering calculations like vessel sizing, PSV, Pump sizing, Line Hydraulics, Control Valve sizing etc.

Design Review, HAZOP, SIL, HAZID, PHSER, ENVID participation and HAZOP Close out preparation. Pro-active approach in detecting and effectively managing discrepancies/anomalies / conflicts / non-compliance with respect to the performance of work by the Vendors or Consultant.
