Graduate with 01 year of experience in sourcing and recruitment (preferably in ITES/BPO/FA domains)
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and collaborate with Hiring Managers throughout the entire process, from open requisition to sourcing, debriefing, and offer stages
Proficient in utilizing social media channels and other creative sourcing methods
Proven experience in partner management, adept at navigating challenging discussions
Ability to develop expertise in deep domain knowledge, business strategy, and drive innovation
Preferred technical and professional experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Self-directed and ambitious achiever

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational skills
