As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will manage vendor accounts and handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable. You will ensure timely processing of invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support accounting activities within the Procure to Pay cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Management: Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay, including invoice processing and vendor account management.
- Invoice Verification: Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, and prioritize invoices to reduce aging.
- SLA Compliance: Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timelines for transaction processing.
- Issue Resolution: Address queries from vendors or internal stakeholders and take follow-up actions as required.
- Risk Identification: Recognize potential threats or discrepancies in the P2P process and suggest suitable actions for mitigation.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and change management initiatives within the P2P cycle.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

- Master's Degree in a relevant field
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
