Job Description

Responsibilities:

Process accounts receivable, post and balance daily cash applications, prepare journal entries, maintain records, and perform general account reconciliations.
Analyze receivable accounts, investigate entries, and assist with audit preparation.
Handle netting instructions, Direct Debit runs, Direct Debit rejections, and Oracle system updates.
Investigate unapplied payments, rectify discrepancies, and ensure proper allocation.
Provide information related to customer payments, refunds, and miscellaneous accounts receivables inquiries.
Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet specified timelines.
Work in shifts as per business requirements.
