VSP Consultants is a debt syndication and project finance advisory company working with mid-market businesses across India. We help companies raise bank loans, structure their finances, and build stronger balance sheets. Our team runs on documented workflows and process systems, and we are hiring the person who will keep those systems running every day.

The Role

As Process Coordinator, your job is to ensure that VSP's internal workflows move on time, every day. We run flowchart-based monitoring systems for our core business processes. You will watch these systems daily, identify what is falling behind, and make sure the right person is reminded before a deadline is missed.

You are not building the system. You are not filling data. You are the person who ensures everything moves.

What You Will Do

• Monitor daily workflow dashboards and process flowcharts across active VSP processes.
• Track task completion status and flag delays before they compound.
• Follow up with the relevant team member when tasks are pending or updates are missing.
• Maintain a daily status log of workflow health and share a summary with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate closely with the MIS and data team to ensure process data is current.
• Support rollout of new process workflows as VSP expands its internal systems.

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who is naturally detail-oriented and notices when something is off.
• A calm, cooperative, and polite working style with the entire team.
• Comfort with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and basic computer tools.
• No technical background required.
• A strong sense of ownership: if a task is overdue, you feel it and act on it.
• Fresher or up to 2 years of work experience. Any graduation stream.
• Must be based in Indore and available for full-time in-office work.

What This Role Is Not

• Not a client-facing role.
• Not a data entry role.
• Not a management or decision-making role.

This is an execution and coordination role. The right person is organised, reliable, consistent, and takes follow-up seriously.

Compensation

Rs. 15,000 per month, based on experience.
