Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for managing and improving business processes, analyzing data, ensuring quality management, and supporting project management activities. This role requires excellent communication and coordination with various teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

  • Strong MIS
  • Excellent Knowledge of Google Work Space
  • Strong Follow Up Skills
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management
  • Proficient in Project Management techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or IT industry is advantageous
