We are looking for a Process Coordinator - ERP to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating ERP processes, ensuring that systems are functioning optimally and supporting various business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage ERP processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and implement ERP solutions.
  • Monitor and report on ERP system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and troubleshooting of ERP systems to identify and resolve issues.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in ERP system implementation or management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP software and its functionalities, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
