Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of business processes across teams. This role focuses on tracking tasks, maintaining process discipline, ensuring timely delivery, and identifying process gaps, so that business owners and teams can work efficiently and at scale.
The Process Coordinator acts as a bridge between leadership and execution teams, ensuring that assigned tasks are completed on time, through the right process, and with clarity.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Tracking & Task Coordination- Track tasks assigned by business owners to different teams and individuals.
- Monitor progress, timelines, and completion status of assigned activities.
- Ensure tasks are executed as per defined processes and deadlines.
Follow-ups & Status Management- Conduct regular, structured follow-ups with employees and teams.
- Share timely reminders and updates to ensure task closure.
- Escalate delays or risks to business owners with facts and clarity.
Process Analysis & Loophole Identification- Identify reasons for delays, inefficiencies, or task failures.
- Analyze process gaps, dependency issues, or workflow challenges
- Share observations and suggestions to improve process effectiveness.
Process Hygiene & Documentation- Maintain SOPs, checklists, trackers, and process documents.
- Standardize formats, reporting structures, and workflows.
- Ensure consistency and discipline in process execution across teams.
Coordination & Communication- Act as a single point of coordination between leadership and teams.
- Communicate instructions, expectations, and updates clearly.
- Support teams by bringing clarity, not pressure.
Reporting & Updates- Prepare regular MIS reports on task status, delays, and completion.
- Present clear and concise updates to management for decision-making.
Skills & Competencies Required- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and logical thinking to identify root causes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and reporting discipline.
- Calm, firm, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel for trackers and reports.
Experience- Experience of 0-2 years in process coordination, operations, project support, or similar roles.
Qualifications- Graduate/ Post-graduate in Management, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
- Exposure to operations, compliance, or process-driven environments is an advantage.
