Process Coordinator | Operations Coordinator | Production Coordinator | Sales Coordinator | Data Coordinators
Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Process Coordinators to support day-to-day business operations by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, tracking activities, following up on pending actions, and capturing process-related data. The role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process execution.
These are full-time, on-site Process/ERP/Sales and others Coordinator role based in Viramgam. The coordinator will support day-to-day sales operations by managing customer orders, preparing quotations, coordinating dispatch schedules, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system. The role includes monitoring key process steps, identifying gaps or delays, and working with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely fulfillment and data accuracy. The position will also involve generating routine reports and dashboards, supporting audits, and assisting in the documentation and improvement of standard operating procedures. The coordinator will regularly interact with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, provide status updates, and help ensure a smooth end-to-end order-to-cash process.
Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Management & Coordination
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Production, Planning, Quality, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and other departments.
· Act as a central point of contact for process-related communication and follow-ups.
· Facilitate collaboration between teams to ensure timely completion of activities.
· Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.
Process Tracking & Follow-up
· Monitor day-to-day operational activities and process workflows.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with production teams and other departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
· Track pending actions and ensure timely closure.
· Escalate delays, risks, or issues to the appropriate stakeholders when required.
· Support process adherence and ensure activities are completed as per defined timelines.
Data Collection & Management
· Collect, validate, and maintain process-related data from multiple teams.
· Update and manage trackers, databases, and operational records.
· Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of information.
· Support management with real-time updates on activity status and progress.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's Degree in any stream.
· 0–1 year of experience.
