Principal Consultant Senior Consultant Industry Group Location - Bangalore Pune Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant Senior Consultant to join our Industry Group - Manufacturing vertical. The role focuses on helping manufacturing clients accelerate digital transformation across Product Lifecycle Management PLM, Digital Engineering, Digital Thread, Industry 4.0, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. The individual will work closely with client stakeholders, consulting teams, technology partners, and business leaders to define transformation roadmaps, develop innovative solutions, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead consulting engagements across PLM, Digital Thread, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

2. Develop industry solutions, accelerators, frameworks, proofs of concept, and reusable consulting assets within product Lifecycle Management

3. Collaborate with engineering, product, and platform teams to develop scalable offerings and client demonstrations.

4. Drive AIGenAI-led innovation and support development of engineering use cases. 5. Assess business and manufacturing processes and develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value realization plans.

6. Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, solution positioning, account planning, and client presentations.

7. Create thought leadership content, capability decks, case studies, use cases, and go-to-market collateral.

Experience Required

8-12 years of experience in Digital Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management PLM, Industry 4.0, or Engineering Transformation initiatives.

Hands-on experience advising manufacturing clients across product development, engineering, and digital transformation programs.

Strong understanding of Digital Thread, Digital Twin, Manufacturing Process Management MPM, Product Data Management, Engineering Change Management, and Smart Factory concepts.

Experience with PLM platforms such as PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, or Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE is preferred.

Exposure to AIGenAI applications in engineering and manufacturing, and experience developing client-facing solutions, business cases, and transformation roadmaps is desirable.

Candidates should have experience supporting proposals, RFPs, solution positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business growth.

Experience working with global manufacturing clients will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Production, Automotive, or related Engineering discipline. Master's degree or MBA preferred
