About Position:
We are seeking a Process Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and drive process improvements. This role requires strong expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, business analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project execution and continuous process optimization.

What You'll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interactions and workshops.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis, business impact assessments, and process mapping exercises to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and technology teams to define and validate solutions.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
- Support project delivery activities throughout the SDLC lifecycle, ensuring traceability and alignment of requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case preparation, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
- Identify and recommend process improvement, optimization, and automation opportunities.
- Prepare management dashboards, status reports, executive presentations, and business insights.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role within IT or digital transformation projects.
- Strong domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or related BFSI sectors.
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, business analysis, process improvement, and solution definition.
- Hands-on experience with process modelling techniques and tools including BPMN and UML.
- Strong proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirement discussions, and cross-functional collaboration sessions.
- Knowledge of UAT management, defect tracking, business validation, and release support activities.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, risk management, and quality assurance processes within BFSI organizations.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, reporting, and executive communication capabilities.
