Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products

Requirements

Manage SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) activities, including review and approval of test executions.
Oversee defect management processes to ensure timely resolution and quality compliance.
Conduct training sessions for functional consultants on data migration testing and validation activities within the program.
Train business SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on data migration test and validation procedures.
Track and follow up on training completion and validation progress of all program participants.
Develop and maintain training materials to support testing and validation initiatives.
Create and review compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP IT projects within a global corporate environment.
At least 3 years experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)-regulated environment.
Minimum of 2 years experience as an instructor/trainer for business users and functional consultants in SAP or compliance-related projects.
2 years experience working with IT SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
2 years experience in Data Integrity and Data Migration processes.
2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
1 year of experience using Microsoft and Google productivity tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Word).
1 year of experience working with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
