About The Role :
1. Understand the quality requirements both from process perspective and for targets.
2. To Train effectively the new joiners on Medical Coding concept with the guidelines.
3. To monitor Trainees productivity and quality output per OJT glide path/ramp up targets.
4. Providing continuous feedback in a structured manner.
5. Educating on the client specs and guidelines.
6. Educating on the latest updates on the coding aspects.
7. Carrying out one-on-one session on the repeated errors.
8. To provide feedback on productivity and quality of trainees to Team Leads.
9. To pass on the QC feedback effectively to the trainees.
10. To help Team Leads in early confirmation of Trainees by providing the valuable inputs.
Job Specification:
1. Minimum of 3 Years of Professional and Relevant Experience in Medical Coding with specialty E/M.
2. Extensive Coaching & Trainingas per process defined.
3. Must have Variant Training & Coaching Strategy.
4. Must have Coding Certification like CPC, CCS, COC, AHIMA.
5. Any graduate will do.
