Process Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian BPM applications compliant with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HITECH).

· Build and configure process models, interfaces, data types, business rules, and integrations.

· Work closely with healthcare stakeholders on patient management, billing, EHR, and related workflows.

· Drive process automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

· Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, leading requirements gathering and process optimization.

· Integrate Appian with third‑party healthcare systems and AWS platforms.

· Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and enable monitoring via tools like CloudWatch/Grafana.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery.

Required skills

· Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM & integrations.

· Solid understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).

· Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch) and Jenkins.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with EHR, healthcare billing, or telemedicine systems is a plus.

· Exposure to Terraform/CloudFormation and monitoring/analytics tools (Grafana preferred).
