Process Automation Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor's/master's degree (Engineering / IT / Computer Science preferred)

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Process Automation Expert will drive enterprise-wide process automation initiatives across MAN Truck & Bus India by identifying, designing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-value automation solutions across functions such as HR, IT, Finance, R&D, and Operations. The role focuses on delivering measurable efficiency, quality, compliance, and productivity improvements using RPA, low-code automation, analytics, and AI-enabled technologies.

- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across departments through process discovery and stakeholder engagement

- Perform automation feasibility assessments and value estimation

- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, OCR, NLP, Copilot, and related tools

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, IT, and Process Owners to translate requirements into robust automation solutions

- Ensure automations are scalable, reusable, secure, compliant, and production-ready

- Monitor, support, and continuously optimize automations in production

- Act as an enterprise automation SME, contributing to standards, best practices, and reusable components

- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing (non-managerial)

- Market benchmarking and exploring new tools and technologies in AI/ML areas enhancing efficiency

Requirements:

Total Years of Experience 5-8 years with 4+ years of hands-on automation development experience.
