Job Description

The Employee Process Auditor is responsible for daily auditing, analyzing, and improving employee-related processes across various departments. The Employee Process Auditor helps build a more agile, transparent, and people-centric organization

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits across all department
• Day to Day process audit of individual employees working in multiple departments.
• Identify risks, inconsistencies gaps, or non-compliance in employee processes and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and actionable recommendation
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for internal and external review
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline employee-related workflows.
• Ensure feedback is taken and improvements are seen in the performance.

Qualification & Skills

• 5+ years in Employee Auditing.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, auditing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
