Process Associates / Senior process associates

Location: Coimbatore (On-site)

Shift : Night Shift - Rotational week off will be offered

Salary : Max 30k (Take home) per month

Key requirement :

1. Should have an experience in US voice process with Sales

2. Experience: 1 to 3 years

Skills & Eligibility:

1. Understanding Business objectives and developing models that help to achieve.

2. Excellent communication in English is mandatory

3. Should answer inbound calls and explain to customer queries

4. Should get familiar with the company tools

5. Guiding the success of the product to US customers
