Job Role

We are hiring Process Associates for our US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced professionals looking to build a career in the US Healthcare domain.

Experienced Candidates

- Any Graduate

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in US Healthcare / RCM

- Knowledge of Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day operations in the US Healthcare RCM process.

- Perform Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

- Coordinate effectively with Team Leads and Managers.

- Prepare and submit required reports and updates.

- Adapt to process changes and business requirements.

- Work collaboratively with the operations team.

Salary & Benefits

- CTC: 21,700 per month

- In-Hand Salary: 18,700 per month (after PF & ESIC deductions)

Optional Deductions (If Availed):

- Cab Facility: 1,000/month

- ️ Meal Facility: 500/month

Performance Incentives: 500 – 5,000 per month after successful completion of 3 months (based on performance).

Training Details

- Training Duration: 2 Weeks

- New batches start every Monday.

- Training covers Medical Billing and other US Healthcare – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process-related topics.

- All trainees will undergo training at the Pha, Mohali office.

- Candidates who successfully complete the training and certification will receive a 4,000 Training Stipend.

- Candidates who fail or discontinue the training will not receive the stipend.

- After successful certification, candidates will be moved to the company payroll.

- The official Date of Joining (DOJ) will be the date of successful certification, not the first day of training.

Shift Timings

- Night Shift Only (US Timings)

- Summer: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

- Winter: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM

No Day Shift Available

Reporting Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
