Job Title: Process Associate Title Search (US Mortgage) Fresher
Job Summary
The Process Associate Title Search (US Mortgage) is an entry-level role responsible for supporting US mortgage and title operations. The associate will be trained to perform title searches by reviewing public records to identify property ownership, liens, and other legal encumbrances affecting real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic title searches under guidance and training
- Review public property records such as deeds, mortgages, and tax records
- Identify ownership details, liens, judgments, and open mortgages
- Prepare initial title search reports as per client format
- Validate property and owner information for accuracy
- Update systems and trackers with search findings
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and turnaround times
- Escalate unclear or complex title issues to senior team members
- Maintain data confidentiality and compliance standards
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of US mortgage or real estate concepts (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to read and understand legal/property documents
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts / night shifts
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, etc.)
- Candidates with US mortgage/title search training or certification preferred
Experience
- Freshers / Entry-level candidates welcome
- 01 year experience in US mortgage operations is an added advantage
