Job Description

Process Associate

India Kancheepuram

This high impact role ensures that process is associated with customer quality requirements, operating procedures, and other applicable regulations. You will improve processes and ensure process compliance and realise business results. Involve continuous improvement project to implement strategy framework scope on shop floor.

You will report to the Production & ROS Manager and work onsite in Kancheepuram, India

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve production process that provide the highest quality product at the lowest cost.
• Review and improve production process, equipment's and workforce for all optimised level.
• Identify process related issues, report out and take immediate and permanent corrective/ Preventive actions. Coordinate with cross function team and responsible for implement improvement ideas.
• To make sure all the process is following defined standard

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Typically, 6+ years working experience in an electrical/electronic or mechanical production, manufacturing engineering or quality field. Demonstrate knowledge of process principle, cross function understanding, and passion for learning.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical
• Proficiency in English (writing and reading specially)
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software.
• Expertise in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiar with SAP system operation skills

• Lean-Six Sigma background
• Hands-on experience in project management Maintain the knowledge required for role.
• Involves the right people to obtain needed information to perform role.
• Listen carefully and attentively provide guidance and feedback related to role to ensure it is understood.
• Honest and fair in dealings with others words and actions are consistent with Rockwell Automation values and standards of ethical conduct.
• Addresses conflicts and other barriers to collaboration directly and constructively and follows guidance from supervisor to do so.
