Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Record to Report

Responsibilities

  • Develop rapport with clients/customers and agents based on trust and product knowledge

  • Engage prospective clients and help determine their insurance needs

  • Work closely with the underwriting and sales teams to ensure we service each caller's needs

  • Work with insureds and agents to respond to inquiries such as billing questions, policy changes and coverage inquires

  • Work with multiple carriers and lines of business across multiple states

  • Process service request through inbound phone call as well as email and fax request

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate multiple programs and effectively use on-line resources to complete customers requests

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field

  • Ability to self-manage and demonstrate personable accountability as well as effectively collaborate in a team environment

  • Ability to read and interpret policy screens in the agency management system

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask (Calls and offline cases during available status)

  • Detail oriented, self-starter, and strong organizational skills

  • Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and technical skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Must work well in a fast-paced team environment

  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills

  • Has significant years in customer service experience in P&C domain (Insurance)
