Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Process Developer, Payroll

This role is essential in optimizing payroll operations by leveraging payroll data, information and administering payroll to enhance workforce experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, operational support, and fostering collaboration across HR and business functions.

Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Processing:

  • Execute payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and US statutory requirements.

  • Validate employee data and ensure proper inputs for payroll calculations.

  1. Data Management:

  • Maintain and update payroll databases, ensuring data integrity.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  1. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.

  • Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.

  1. Customer Support:

  • Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Payroll or a related role or similar role.

  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Five Days working from Office

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Preference of an understanding of Payroll module

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, Workday, Ticketing tools and US statutory payroll requirements.

  • Certification in payroll management is a plus.
