Process Associate Night Shift

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance providers to follow up on medical claims.
• Handle inbound queries related to claims, billing status, and patient appointments.
• Schedule patient appointments and update records accurately in the system.
• Accurately document call details and update claim status in the system.
• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics for call handling and collections.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth claim resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Good English communication (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of computers/MS Office.
• Freshers or candidates with prior BPO/Healthcare experience are welcome.
• Willingness to work night shifts (US process).
