We are seeking enthusiastic Non-Technical freshers for the position of Process Associate in our Hyderabad office. This role involves providing voice customer support to our clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Please note Technical Graduates are not eligible for this role.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via voice support
- Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required
