Detailed Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required
• Must-Have:

• Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support.
• Arts & Science, candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. - Arts & Science
• BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply
