The aspirant's role will be for Customer Service - Voice
Handle customer queries via calls and digital channels with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication to ensure high satisfaction.
Identify customer needs, resolve complaints within timelines, and build strong, trust-based relationships through effective engagement.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and communication guidelines while maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
Participate in training, assist team members, share knowledge, and adapt to changing work processes and business requirements.
Manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, use tools like Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and contribute to process improvements and service excellence.
