Role: Process Associate - Freshers

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Engagement: Initiate warm, engaging outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce VMax's wellness services.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time records of all customer interactions and ensure accurate updates in the CRM system.
- Customer Understanding & Support: Listen actively to understand customer needs, offer personalized guidance, or escalate complex concerns.
- Performance Excellence: Consistently exceed daily calling targets while maintaining a minimum 95% successful connection rate.
- Feedback & Insight Sharing: Share actionable feedback and customer insights with the support and operations team.
- Brand Representation: Represent VMax with professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction.
Qualifications Required
- Fresh graduates (any discipline) with curiosity, energy, and a passion for helping others.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or regional languages with a friendly, approachable tone.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel; CRM familiarity is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment: manage high call volumes, stay organized, and work independently.
- Empathetic, patient, and genuinely eager to learn about health and wellness.
