Location: Chennai
Shift: Night Rotaional shift
Employment Type: 3-6 months Probation then Full time (based on performance)
About The Role
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our international customer support team. The role involves assisting customers through
email and live chat, understanding their concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through email and chat.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate responses.
- Follow standard processes and escalation procedures.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Update customer interactions and case details in internal systems.
- Work toward customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Requirements
- Any graduate / diploma qualification.
- Good written and verbal English communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts -Rotational Shift
- Freshers are welcome.
