What we are looking for: -

• We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Chat Support) to deliver high-quality support through digital chat platforms
• This role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently
• Handle inbound customer interactions via chat with professionalism and empathy
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS)
• Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
• 0–2 years of customer service experience (chat support preferred)
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Prior experience in chat-based customer support
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or managed care processes
• Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms
• Excellent written communication and typing accuracy

Hiring Plan: -

• As per the plan and prior experiences we would require 1400-1500 profiles inclusive of all Locations with 80% shorltisiting at first level, 75% shorltisting at second level, 65% shorltisting at CAT Level, 45% selection at Domain round, rounding off 4:1 ratio.
• We would need 350+ selections with 25 buffers placed at HYD(15) + Noida(10) for approx two months.
• We would have maximum 4-6weeks of time to fill all roles across locations
• 1st batch will start in mid of Sept'26
• Plan is also to hire 6 Supervisors in Noida/Gurugram, 2 each Location with 2 buffers. Plan also includes hiring of 6 Supervisors in Hyderabad, with 3 buffers, Supervisor / PM shorltisting will be done by @Abhilekh Bharali
• 2 PMS required in Noida and Gurugram, 1 each with 1 buffer. And 2 PMs required in Hyderabad, with 1 buffer.
• Buffer resources will be placed at our premises and only Male employees to be kept under buffer with own commute, we can pay petrol charges at actuals. No meals will be provided during this period, Laptops will be arranged.

Background Acceptance: -

• Process only B.Sc, B.Com, BA, MBA graduates except for (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA and BCA)
