Process Analyst

• Analyze existing finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. 
• Gather and document business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into process improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
• Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process effectiveness and operational performance.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and compliance teams to implement process enhancements and system improvements.
• Support finance transformation projects, including ERP implementations, migrations, and automation initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process issues, exceptions, and control failures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and support decision-making.
• Participate in process standardization and harmonization initiatives across business units and regions.
