Process Analyst (Performance Management)

Deloitte is looking for a detail-oriented Process Analyst to support its Performance Management (PM) team. The role involves coordinating and executing HR performance management processes, maintaining employee data, preparing reports, managing trackers and supporting internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of Performance Management processes.
• Generate, review and maintain reports, trackers and employee-related data.
• Analyse data, identify discrepancies and highlight potential issues.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal meetings.
• Coordinate meetings and manage process-related activities.
• Draft and send emails, reminders and compliance communications.
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling employee information.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and work with internal HR processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• HR / Business Management background preferred.
• 1–1.5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior exposure to HR Operations, Performance Management, MIS, reporting or data management will be an advantage.
