B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry

Experience:
7 Years

Quality Assurance (QA) and process control / monitoring

Job Description of Position Incumbent:

1. Quality Control: Supervise, monitor, and control the quality of raw materials, process intermediates, and finished products as per plan through proper sampling and testing.
2. Legal and statutory compliance: Manage product licenses, BIS requirements, regular statutory fees, and related coordination and networking.
3. Operational management: Operate and optimize VRM/coal mill to achieve targeted production and power consumption.
4. Process maintenance jobs: Identify areas for improvement and execute proposals for modifications and productivity improvements.
5. Process expense control: Ensure operations remain within budgeted norms and implement improvement actions for cost optimization.
6. Raw material unloading and feeding: Oversee unloading and feeding of raw materials, maintain all records, and generate accurate and timely MIS.
7. Safety compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all safety standards and applicable recommendations related to the concerned area.
