Brief Description
Process & efficiency lead will be responsible for upkeep, automation and to optimise the efficiency of workflows and processes. The aim would be to ensure that through daily interactions, the lead is able to proactively look for gaps, design processes where needed and automate processes as required to reduce the workload on the team. lead to also ensure that any directions given by HOD/MD are picked up, necessary research is carried out solutions are discussed promptly.
Job Overview, Roles & Key Responsibilities : -
Analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, protocols, and procedures to ensure clear communication and understanding across teams
Analyse data and trends to identify root causes of problems and recommend actions for process, equipment, and system improvements
Collaborate across the teams to drive continuous process improvement initiatives and ensure alignment of processes with business goals
Research & recommend new technologies or tools to automate and streamline processes
Analyse data trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
Utilize Power BI to create and manage dashboards & reports that provide valuable insights to internal stakeholders and clients
Provide training and education to teams on new processes, tools, and best practices in discussions with Team Manager
Attend internal & external meetings as required under the direction of HOD
Achieve agreed KPI's & any Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD/MD

A successful process lead possesses strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous process improvement and align processes with business goal
Ability to think ahead, navigate ambiguity, determine priorities & proactively engage based on business priorities.
Skill - Well conversant with Microsoft Office package & tech savvy to pick up technical details and make efficient use of various software's & dashboards
Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team environment, while also delivering independent results.
Driven, enthusiastic, and highly motivated high attention to detail
Willingness to respond to out of hours calls/emails relating to urgent matters is a requirement for this role.
