Overview

GP PR2PO Reporting Associate Analyst - ICC

  • Deliver agreed reports, including content, format and frequency / schedule for routine reports, and including those required to support specific programs/initiatives
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Macros or similar BI platforms
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across reporting systems
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
  • Present insights and reports to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests

Responsibilities

  • Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes
  • Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with Sharepoint, Power apps and BI tools such as Power BI, Power automate, Power App, MS list/forms, Sharepoint List, Sharepoint Database etc.
  • Knowledge of Ariba and SAP systems reporting.
  • Experience with analyzing and organizing complex data sets into logical summaries
  • Experience with creating and delivering analysis to internal and external customers
  • Experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros preferred)Good English level
  • Multi cultural work experience
  • Procurement and analytical background
  • Professional presentation experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree 6-8 yrs of experience
  • Builds rapport and credibility with customers and team members by demonstrating strong data management skills
  • The ability to read and interpret the data
