Summary

Position Summary

The privilege access management (PAM) consultant will be responsible for working with the PAM Manager/Assistant Manager to maintain Deloitte UK's PAM solutions in accordance with the firm's IAM policies and standards

Work you'll do

As a Services Assistant Manager, Cyber Services on the CISO team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing daily system health checks and resolving issues affecting PAM platform operations
  • Managing privileged account onboarding, offboarding, password objects, and compliance activities in line with PAM policies
  • Managing ServiceNow tickets, serving as a first point of contact for service leads and end users, and supporting issue resolution
  • Creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, playbooks, and end-user guidance documents
  • Supporting platform maintenance activities, including application patching, operating system patching, and coordination with vendors on open cases and product issues
