About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Wealth Partners to drive business growth, lead high- performing teams, and expand our HNI and UHNI client base across the region. This role will be responsible for managing regional sales performance, AUM growth, and strengthening client relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Drive regional business growth and achieve AUM and revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Wealth Managers across the region
  • Acquire and manage HNI / UHNI clients and expand the client portfolio
  • Develop strong pipelines for client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Monitor sales performance and support the team in closing key opportunities
  • Work closely with investment advisory, product, and operations teams
  • Support hiring and scaling of the regional wealth team
  • Ensure excellent client servicing and long-term relationship management
  • Provide market insights and strategic inputs to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory
  • Strong experience in managing teams and driving regional sales performance
  • Proven track record in AUM growth and HNI client acquisition
  • Strong network within the wealth management ecosystem
  • Good understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Unlisted Product, and other investment solutions.
