Job Description

About Favcy and Front Row

Favcy is a venture builder with a portfolio of ventures and media properties. Front Row is its invite-only membership for India's most accomplished individuals, offering a curated place in that portfolio.

Front Row is deliberately small. There is no mass funnel and no pitch decks sent to large databases. A limited number of members, treated with exceptional care, make meaningful investments with us.

About the Role

You will be the face of Front Row: the person an ultra-high-net-worth member meets after the invitation, and the reason they stay. This is a trust-led role, not a sales job with targets attached. Revenue is the result of the relationships you build.

What You Will Own

  • The relationship, end to end: from the first conversation to the signed allocation, and on to repeat investments
  • The room: private dinners, one-on-one and family-office meetings, and events for our media properties. Expect more time in person than on video calls
  • The decision, without the hard sell: walk members through proposals, address questions on liquidity, risk and governance, work with their CA or family office, and follow through on payment schedules
  • The standard: every interaction, from a WhatsApp reply to a proposal, should be precise, unhurried and refined
  • The feedback loop: share what you hear (objections, appetite, referral paths) so we can refine our offering

Who You Are

  • You have 8-15 years serving wealthy clients in private banking, family-office coverage, luxury real estate, art and auction houses, membership clubs or premium wealth/AIF distribution
  • You have an existing network of UHNI relationships in NCR and/or Mumbai, and the judgment never to treat it as a lead list
  • You are credible on portfolio construction, unlisted investments, AIF vs. direct structures and exits, enough to engage a member's CA, and you are comfortable working within SEBI and AIF regulatory norms
  • You are patient with long relationship cycles and discreet by reflex
  • You are fluent in English and Hindi
