Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in preparing approval requests, including gathering necessary data, financial statements and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all credit approval requests are properly formatted and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Track the status of credit approvals and follow up with client to ensure timely decision making.
  • Assist in allocation of credit facilities across client, ensuring alignment with approved limits and internal policies.
  • Monitor utilization of allocated credit facilities and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Support reconciliation of credit allocations and address discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update databases related to the approvals and allocations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all systems and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the stakeholders and internal teams, including compliance, legal and operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline process and improve efficiency within team.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new tools or workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
