About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our client-facing Fund Services team supporting global Private Equity, Debt and Hedge Fund clients. The role involves fund accounting, NAV preparation, capital activities, investor reporting and client interaction across complex global fund structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Private Equity/Debt fund structures, SPVs, Master-Feeder and standalone funds.
• Manage investor commitments, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly NAVs, allocations and fund financial reporting.
• Calculate management fees, preferred returns and carried interest.
• Work on European/American waterfall calculations and fund performance metrics.
• Handle investor, fund-level and ILPA reporting.
• Account for trading/non-trading transactions and debt-related instruments.
• Coordinate with global clients, banks and brokers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Identify operational issues and support process improvements.

Requirements

Senior Associate / Assistant Manager

• 5–10 years of experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Private Equity / Fund Accounting / Financial Reporting.
• Master's in Finance/Accounting or CA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fund structures, NAV, capital activities and investor reporting.
• Excellent communication, analytical and Excel skills.
• Experience working with global/multinational teams.

for VP 10–14 years of experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Private Equity / Fund Accounting / Financial Reporting.
• Master's in Finance/Accounting or CA preferred.
• Prior team management and client-facing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
