As a Private Equity Information Management Professional within our Private Equity Group, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Download notices for pending capital calls, distributions, and valuation statements.
  • Track notices to ensure complete, accurate, and timely processing.
  • Enter capital calls, distributions, and valuations into reporting systems with high accuracy.
  • Record capital activity consistently, recognizing that some tasks may be repetitive in nature.
  • Collaborate with information management colleagues, client service managers, and technology teams to verify client data.
  • Streamline workflows by supporting automation and verification steps with partner teams.
  • Reconcile daily transaction activity to maintain data integrity.
  • Coordinate with respective Portfolio Managers on transaction activity and related follow-ups.
  • Investigate data discrepancies efficiently, including missing notices, and drive follow-up to resolution.
  • Respond to Portfolio Manager information requests in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to support the group's ongoing growth.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in alternatives, finance, information management, data analytics, or accounting.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Apply proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Communicate clearly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organize work effectively with strong time management and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Learn quickly and execute new tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Deliver high-quality results with a self-motivated mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Partner effectively with a team-oriented mindset while working independently as needed.
