Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Equity Analyst, based in Noida. The analyst will be responsible for conducting financial and market analysis, performing detailed financial modeling, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting due diligence processes. The role also involves assisting in the preparation of investment memorandums and reports while collaborating closely with the innovation and venture-building teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Investments and Private Equity with a strong understanding of investment evaluation and deal structuring
- Advanced Financial Modeling and Finance skills to analyze data and build comprehensive financial models
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess trends and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration
- Knowledge of technology, fintech, or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a CFA designation or MBA is a bonus
