About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and revenue-driven Head – PCG Desk (Private Client Group) to lead and scale our advisory-led wealth and investment business. The role requires strong expertise in wealth management, equity advisory, HNI/UHNI client acquisition, investment product selling, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving AUM growth, revenue generation, advisory sales, and client engagement within reputed broking houses, wealth firms, private banks, PMS firms, or investment advisory organizations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the PCG Desk business with focus on revenue growth, AUM expansion, and client acquisition.
- Drive advisory-led selling across Equity, PMS, Mutual Funds, MTF, Structured Products, and allied investment products.
- Build and manage strong HNI/UHNI client relationships and investment engagement models.
- Drive RM/Advisory team productivity, business activation, and revenue performance.
- Work closely with Research, Product, and Sales teams to enhance investment offerings and advisory effectiveness.
- Ensure achievement of business targets related to revenue, AUM growth, activation, and cross-selling.
- Build a high-performance advisory and sales culture with strong compliance orientation.
Experience & Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Relevant NISM certifications will be preferred.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, PCG Desk, Equity Advisory, or Investment Sales.
- Proven experience in handling:
- ₹75 Lakhs – ₹1.5 Cr+ monthly revenue business.
- ₹300 Cr – ₹1000 Cr+ AUM/HNI-UHNI investment book.
- HNI/UHNI client acquisition and advisory-led investment sales.
- RM/PCG/Advisory team Building, Management and Productivity Enhancement.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and advisory-driven wealth business models.
