Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Chef based in Mumbai. The Private Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals tailored to the preferences and dietary needs of clients. Responsibilities include menu planning, sourcing fresh ingredients, meal preparation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards. Additionally, the Private Chef will collaborate with clients to create personalized dining experiences and accommodate specific requests or dietary restrictions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in culinary techniques, menu creation, and food presentation
- Experience in sourcing fresh, quality ingredients and practicing sustainable cooking methods
- Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food safety standards
- Ability to adapt to client preferences, including creating customized dining experiences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or as a private chef is a plus
- Formal culinary training or certifications are desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients
