Job Description:

Recruit123 is helping our client to hire a Private Banking Relationship Manager. Our client is a well-established private bank serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW client relationships
• Advise clients on wealth management, investment, and banking solutions tailored to their financial goals
• Identify and convert new client relationships through referrals and market networking
• Ensure full compliance with KYC/AML, suitability, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with product specialists, investment counsellors, and credit teams to deliver holistic solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance and proactively engage clients on market developments

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years private banking or wealth management experience (portable book preferred)
• Strong network within HNW/UHNW client segments (regional coverage a plus)
• CACS/CMFAS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field CFA/CFP an advantage
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and cross-selling skills
