Private Banking Operations Analyst

The role is responsible in handling all operational matters related to Private Banking, including settlements of all PB investment products, such as but not limited to bonds, equities, mutual funds structured products, DCIs etc. Good avaloq knowledge will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handling the settlement of all wealth management products, including equities, bonds,

mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc.

2. Handling of Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements

3. Trained to be trainer to the new system, while participating in systems UAT

4. Making constructive and practical suggestions to enhance operational workflow and

reduce operational risks

5. Management of SWIFT Alliance System, including releasing of SWIFT payment

6. Management of issues related to remittances and deposits

7. Co-ordination with other stakeholders to resolve issues

8. Carries out other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

1. Minimum a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline

2. Minimum 5 years related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in

PWM Operations space.

3. Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking

headquarter counterparties.
