Position description: Lead Verifier Non Life Insurance
Primary Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment of HDFC Bank's Health & Non-health Bancassurance business through leads generated by staff across locations of HDFC Bank's
- Virtual Channels by complying with extant regulatory (Internal as well as External Guidelines).
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensuring daily interaction with virtual relationship staff as well as the Sales Hierarchy at the unit and proposing Non-Life Products to their portfolio customers
- Driving Sales & Quality metrics across outlined parameters
- Drive expected business outcomes e.g., productivity, average ticket size, no. of policies, etc.
- Assistance in achieving Channel/Unit Total Plan for Non-life Business
- All fresh Business sourced though Net banking / STP platform/ Digital Only
- AV should push digital platforms for selling non-life policies.
- Min. 70% of business should be converted through digital Platforms Only.
- Appropriate product mix to be maintained for quality business development and creating long term business book size for the Bank.
- Indemnity Products- 80% & Fixed Benefit Products - 20%

Required Certification/s:
AV/SP certification to be completed mandatorily within 2 months of joining
