Role Description

The Private Banker - HNI/UHNI Acquisition role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNI). Responsibilities include providing personalized financial planning, investment advice, and asset allocation strategies. The Private Banker will develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients while working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure superior client service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and understanding of personal financial management strategies.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Finance and Investments.
• 5+ Experience in Private Banking, with a focus on building and managing relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.
• Skills in Asset Allocation and portfolio management to meet client needs and goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement client acquisition and retention strategies.
• Prior experience in global financial markets, particularly in multi-currency accounts, is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
