Role Description:
The global print engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of printing equipment and software across all Syneos locations around the world. We are instrumental in the transition from traditional on premise local printing to modern, cloud-managed print solutions
Qualifications
About You:
. You have a solid foundation with 5 years of relevant professional work experience in a large-scale environment supporting 100+ enterprise multiple functional printers.
. Hold a BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with engineering and operational support in a global organization.
. Demonstrated experience supporting managed printer services supporting HP Xerox Canon Konica, Ricoh etc. spanning globally across multiple sites
. You have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
. Worked in IT engineering or operations support organization to develop & deliver high quality solutions to customers.
. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate in solution design.
You will stand out if you can showcase the following:
. Exposure and familiarity with using any industry leading print management solutions such as Y Soft, PrinterLogic or any industry leading printer management solution.
. Functional experience in the healthcare domain and clinical applications.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
